Shipping Policy

Product delivery will be made within 14 business days from the date of receiving final

approval for the transaction and payment, either by shipping or in-store pickup, based on

the customer’s choice.

Product Delivery by Shipping

Delivery Orders by shipping will incur a shipping fee of 40 NIS in addition to the total order

cost of the products.

Product delivery will be carried out via Israel Post and/or a courier company, provided that

the user’s delivery address is within the State of Israel.

Product Pickup

Purchased products will be available for pickup at the factory store in Ramat Gan, by prior

arrangement, and after confirming that the product is ready for delivery.

At the time of pickup, the buyer must present an ID and the order number.
