Product Return and Order Cancellation Policy

The product return and order cancellation policy is subject to the Consumer Protection

Law, 1981. The customer may cancel their order and/or return the products received in

accordance with the provisions below.

Order Cancellation and Product Returns

Order cancellation and product returns must be made within 14 days from the date the order was received.

In such a case, the customer must contact the operator and inform them of their intent to cancel the transaction, subject to the above rules regarding the types of products eligible for cancellation.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the returned products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the purchase invoice or a personal warranty certificate from DANA DIAMONDS.

After inspecting the returned products and confirming their condition, DANA DIAMONDS will refund the customer for the order.

We offer a store credit within 14 days from the jewelry delivery date.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed jewelry, jewelry with personalized adjustments, jewelry that has been altered (such as resizing or adding stones), engagement rings, items on sale or at a discounted price.
  • Any orders based on custom size are at the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Conditions

DANA DIAMONDS is responsible for every piece of jewelry we manufacture and provides a warranty for our products.

The product warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, with the presentation of the purchase invoice only. If a defect in the product is discovered due to a manufacturing flaw, we will be responsible for repairing the product during the warranty period, unless the damage is due to reasons unrelated to DANA DIAMONDS, or in cases outlined below.

To clarify, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Use not in accordance with the provided instructions.

  • Loss/theft of the product and/or its parts (including diamonds).
  • Damage, scratches, dents, impact, breakage, or tearing of the product or its parts.
  • Modifications/repairs made by third parties not authorized by DANA DIAMONDS.
  • In any case, the warranty does not cover any amount exceeding the transaction amount and/or the relevant jewelry piece, whether contractual or tortious.


Instructions for Use:

  • Do not allow contact with perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, or acetone.
  • Avoid contact with acids, chemicals, or cleaning agents that may alter the gold color or damage the product.
  • Remove jewelry before swimming in the sea, pool, or hot tub.
  • Do not wear jewelry during exercise, especially intense workouts, including those involving weights or equipment that may scratch, damage, or break the jewelry.
